Job Requirements
- Degree in HR or equivalent.
- With 5+ years’ experience in sales recruitment.
- Solid experience in full recruitment life cycle.
- Excellent understanding of sales hiring process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to recommend and implement hiring strategies.
