Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Oversee planning, reporting, risk management, resource allocation, and scope control for medium to high-complexity projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and address deviations or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet service expectations and project goals.
- Lead regular project meetings, update stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
- Manage project finances, vendor invoices, and payments.
- Coordinate with IT teams (Infrastructure, Security, Network) for project tasks.
- Plan and execute key phases, including testing, go-live, and post-implementation.
- Drive innovation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 12+ years of technology experience, including 8+ years in project management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in banking projects or Java development is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, is an advantage.
