Our client is a Singapore based company, in Electronics Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in North-East - easily accessible.
Duties of Personal Assistant and Admin Executive:
Secretary Support:
- Organize business and personal events, including booking venues and handling logistics.
- Provide daily administrative support to the Chairman and General Manager.
- Assist with personal tasks, including errands, household management, and activity arrangements.
- Coordinate medical appointments and healthcare needs for the Chairman and General Manager.
- Act as a liaison for internal and external communications.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Plan and schedule team travel and prepare expense reports.
- Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Draft, edit, and distribute communications such as memos and emails.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of secretary and office administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
