Our client is a Singapore based company, in Electronics Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in North-East - easily accessible.

Duties of Personal Assistant and Admin Executive:

Secretary Support:

  • Organize business and personal events, including booking venues and handling logistics.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Chairman and General Manager.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including errands, household management, and activity arrangements.
  • Coordinate medical appointments and healthcare needs for the Chairman and General Manager.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communications.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Plan and schedule team travel and prepare expense reports.
  • Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute communications such as memos and emails.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of secretary and office administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
