Responsibilities:
- Serve individual retail customers and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services offered by the bank.
- Engage customers through branch banking touchpoints, tele-appointments, and outreach programs to identify opportunities.
- Provide holistic financial planning advice to customers based on sound financial knowledge.
- Identify and recommend suitable financial solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and adhere to rules and guidelines when conducting business.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients and maintain strong customer engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers to assess their evolving financial needs.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or a diploma from a local polytechnic.
- Interest in financial planning or wealth management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct yourself professionally.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
