Sales Coordinator
Job Scope·
Engage in sales support activities including engaging customers
· Provide support to sales and marketing team in project activities
· Sales co-ordination, Order Processing and Maintain and monitor order fulfilment
· Maintain positive customer relations and resolving customers issue on changes in orders, expedited delivery & etc
· Ensure customer enquiries, feedbacks, complaints are handled promptly and appropriately
· Undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
· Candidates must process at least O Level or Higher Secondary in any field
· 1 – 2 years Customer service or Sales Admin experience preferred
· Good Communications, interpersonal and organisational skills
· Proficient in Office suite and customer service oriented
