Our client is a local leading player in Real Estate Industry, well-known for its diverse portfolio of properties and sustainable urban solutions. They are currently looking for Talent Acquisition due to team expansion. They are located at North - easily assessible.
Duties of Recruitment Specialist:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting vacancies, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and building recruitment pipelines.
- Perform direct sourcing via resume databases and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Oversee post-hire processes and documentation.
- Support HRBPs and guide hiring managers through recruitment processes.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment tracking data and reports.
- Evaluate and optimize recruitment channels, rates, and terms.
- Build relationships with employment sources (e.g., colleges, agencies, trade associations).
- Collaborate with educational institutions to enhance brand awareness and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Educate candidates on the company’s benefits, culture, and values.
- Review and improve recruitment processes, policies, and forms.
- Draft job descriptions when required.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Degree in any discipline
- Good communication and stakeholders management skills
