Duties of HR Business Partner:
- Align HR strategies with business goals by advising leaders on organizational capabilities, structures, and processes.
- Support talent forecasting, planning, and pipeline development to meet strategic needs.
- Implement employee training and development initiatives to ensure performance standards are met.
- Promote feedback mechanisms to improve HR services and processes.
- Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to employees and managers.
- Understand and address employee concerns, fostering engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive the communication of best practices across functions for continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between HR and business units to align services with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for HR to add value and maintain awareness of key HR trends.
- Cultivate a leadership and coaching culture within the organization.
- Manage HR projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of HRBP experience.
- Degree in any discipline
- Proficient in stakeholders management
