Our client is a UK based MNC, looking to hire a hands-on and adaptable Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting activities in a lean and less structured environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/ ACCA qualified, with experience in managing the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting responsibilities in MNCs
- Prior external audit exposure (Big 4 or mid-tier firms)
- Ability to work in a less structured and lean set up (overall less than 15 headcount in the Singapore office)
- Traits: Hands-on, team player, adaptable, flexible, self-motivated, independent and easy going
- Experience with NetSuite ERP can be an added advantage
Budget
Circa SGD 9,000 – 10,000 per month + Bonus
Job Scope
Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible in managing the full spectrum of Finance responsibilities, including month end closing, preparation of financial and management reporting, consolidation, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and supporting in forecasting and budget projections. You will continuously identify and implement more efficient processes and ensure compliance to statutory and company requirements.
The successful candidate is someone hands-on, flexible and independent. Has the ability to work in a less structured and lean set up.
