Junior/Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms, ensuring job descriptions are clear, engaging, and aligned with company requirements.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews, including managing feedback from interview panels and preparing candidates for next steps.
  • Offer Negotiation: Support in extending offers and managing the negotiation process to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and hiring metrics.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track recruitment progress and key metrics, providing insights on hiring trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the timely and effective hiring of candidates.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the preparation of new hire documentation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within an HR department.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
