Responsibilities:
- Handling shipping documents with suppliers and shipping line
- Prepare sales and purchase contracts/ invoices
- Monitor and coordinate with suppliers & buyers on shipment
- Handling of Import and Export LC documentation
- LC preparation and negotiation
- Record and report shipment status
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2 years working experience in relevant industries
- Knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation and L/C preparation and L/C negotiation
- Hands-on experience in L/C
- Knowledge in SAP Business One will be added advantage
