Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for financial advisor positions
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their suitability for the role
- Manage the onboarding process for new financial advisors, including orientation, training, and integration into the team
- Develop and implement advisors retention strategies to reduce turnover, increase advisors engagement & 2 way feedback mechanism
- Provide guidance and support to financial advisors on HR-related matters, including performance management, career progression, and corporate relations
- Monitor and analyze recruitment and HR metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Stay abreast industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR to ensure the department remains competitive and compliant with regulations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to attract top talent
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant field
- Prior experience in financial services or human resources preferred
