Admin Assistant (Up $2500 / East)
The Role:
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Issue and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees and visitors
- Oversee locker allocation and maintenance in locker rooms
- Manage access cards and the access control system
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
- Generate and monitor attendance reports and verify timesheets for temporary employees
- Arrange courier services, mailing, and dispatch of documents
- Administer employee leave applications and maintain records
- Manage daily staff meal orders with vendors and coordinate buffet catering for events
- Monitor and replenish pantry supplies and vending machine stocks
- Source and purchase stationery and other office items
- Submit claims and benefits for employees through the company system
- Manage overseas visitors' travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and local transportation
- Support welfare activities and initiatives for employees
- Provide HR and administrative assistance to employees at all levels.
Benefits:
- Location: Tampines
- Working hrs: 830am – 530pm ( Mon – Fri)
- Range will be $2000 to $2,500
