Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for customers, ensuring collaboration and transparency across global teams.
- Drive change, maintain consistency, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Take ownership of tasks with urgency, while ensuring follow-through and accountability.
- Manage customer lifecycle events such as onboarding, training, and service reviews.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with Sales and Portfolio teams on renewals and identify opportunities for expansion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of operations experience, ideally in tech, telecom, or network operations.
- Strong understanding of data center operations and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with systems like SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow is a plus.
