Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external excursions (MRB or Quality Claims).
- Oversee customer data reporting.
- Conduct quality-related training sessions.
- Support customer surveys and audits.
- Lead continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical techniques.
- Auditing experience is a plus.
- Understanding of system flow and databases is an added advantage.
