- Well-connected with subcontractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
- Up-to-date with current market pricing trends.
- Skilled in handling ACMV/Electrical tenders and related procedures.
- Experienced in planning and managing all tendering activities.
- Identify risks by defining project scope and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on RFQs to ensure timely submission of tender costs and technical details.
- Extract Bill of Quantities from ACMV and architectural drawings.
- Create price comparisons, cost summaries, and technical proposals for tenders.
- Review addendums and update cost summaries and proposals accordingly.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation.
- Attend site briefings, meetings, and post-tender interviews when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction industry.
- Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Highly motivated and a good team player.
