- Strong connections with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Knowledgeable about current market price trends.
- Experienced in managing ACMV/Electrical tenders and tendering processes.
- Able to plan and control all tender activities.
- Identify project risks by defining the scope of work and commercial needs.
- Prepare and follow up on RFQs to ensure timely submission of tender costs and technical data.
- Take off Bill of Quantities from ACMV drawings, schedules, and architectural plans.
- Gather price comparisons, cost summaries, and technical proposals for tender submission.
- Review addendum/corrigendum documents and update cost summaries and proposals.
- Keep documentation well-organized and up to date.
- Attend site briefings, meetings, and post-tender interviews when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in the M&E construction industry.
- Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Motivated and a good team player.
