Job Description:
· Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, processing, and recording accounts payable data.
· Recording of incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
· Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits.
· Reconciling bank accounts transactions including foreign currencies.
· Reconciling intercompany transactions.
· Understand and responsible for assets accounting, journal entries, prepayment and accrual.
· Handling full sets of accounts to ensure month-end closing.
· Preparing monthly Management Account Report
· Handling of HR related duties like payroll, commission calculation, CPF submission, and other related duties.
· Assisting in any other assignment or enquiries by Management as required.
· Assisting in administrative related duties as required.
Requirements :
· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
· 4 to 6 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounts
· Proficient user of cloud accounting software : Quick Book Online
· Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
· Able to work independently and problem solving skills
· Able to handle HR and admin related duties as required
