Our Client, is a leading insurer in the market with strong training program in place for entry level individuals who are looking to kick-start your career in Insurance, or you are a seasoned telemarketer who are looking for a place where your skillset will be enhanced.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
- Update customer information in the database
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level
- Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector prferred
- Good to have BCP, PGI and HI Certificates
