Job Description:
1) General accounting, full-set of accounts
- Sales & Purchase of Inbound & Outbound
- Cash & Bank Reconciliation, Credit Card Control
- Account Payable & Account Receivable
2) Oversee the processing of invoices, travel and other expenses;
- Hotel, Attraction ticket, Restaurant, Tour Guide fee, transportation control
- Utilities, Rental, Telecommunication, Insurance & upkeep of office
3) Ensure accuracy in data processing
- Attraction ticket, eTicket control, stock list & stock details
- Oversea & Local currency control
- Security deposit, floating deposit & eWallet control
4) Meet month-end closing deadline
- Prepayment, Accrual, Depreciation & Journal Entry
- GST submission, Monthly Report
5) Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and company secretary
6) Undertake ad hoc assignments as detailed by management
- Company Internal Costing & Ticketing System
- Government grant submission, survey & audit
- Oversea agent & report
7) Admin Jobs as well
- Singaporean / PR only
