As part of the Sales & Marketing division of AIA Corporate Solutions for the tied agency distribution channel, this candidate would be responsible for achieving renewal growth via pro-active management of existing corporate accounts in partnership with the servicing Financial Service Consultant (FSC).

Responsibilities

• Ability to achieve the renewal growth targets set for the Agency Channel and other key performance indicators as prescribed by the company;
• To build and maintain a strong business relationship with AIA Financial Services Consultants (FSCs) and their Agency Leaders to conserve and grow existing accounts for corporate insurance;
• Pro-actively sets appointments and personally meets with the Agency Leaders/FSCS during their monthly agency meetings;
• Have the discipline to provide timely and accurate renewal status information and renewal growth data for the purposes of management reporting and sales forecasting is a must;
• Provide timely renewal terms or sales proposal for new lines of cover to FSCs for their existing accounts in accordance to the guidelines on business acceptance, risk management and underwriting profitability;
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of renewal employee data, including placement documentation for billing, and liaising with internal operation team to resolve servicing and operational matters;
• Follow up on outstanding policy premium collection promptly to ensure compliance to internal credit control;
• Ability to pitch and deliver corporate sales presentations jointly with FSCs, as well as able to support and jointly conduct Employee Communication Sessions to the employees of existing corporate customers with the FSC;
• Participates in scheduled sales training and other professional development courses to enhance sales skills and meet the mandatory CPD hours requirement to ensure Fit & Proper;
• Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products/services enhancements and market analysis;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage corporate accounts for increasing individual life sales;
• This position will be based at the AIA Agency Locations, namely Alexandra and Tampines

Job Requirements

• Tertiary degree or diploma or equivalent industry qualifications;
• Candidates with CMFAS M5, M9, HI, BCP, PGI and ComGI certification will have an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales and marketing in the Employee Benefits / Group Insurance;
• Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance products;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially in Excel and Powerpoint

Working closely with the Group Internal Audit team, the manager will provide value-adding independent audit services to the Audit Committee, Group Office, senior management and the regulator on the company’s capacity to manage risk and to provide reasonable assurance that the system of internal controls, as designed, is achieving its objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager who is able to liaise with AIA key parties such as the Audit Committee, Group Office, senior management and the regulator on the company’s capacity to lead audit projects seamlessly

• Assist in the development of the annual risk-based IT audit plan by assessing the key risks at the Local Business Unit and inputs from Group Office.
• Plan, lead/support and execute IT audits within the organization in accordance with the annual audit plan approved by the Group and Local Audit Committee. Review and co-ordinate the work of the team members and ensure that the working papers, draft audit reports and other deliverables meet internal standards and assignments are completed within budgeted time.
• Build audit relationship with key IT Management via regular interaction so as to be informed of emerging risk issues and other key changes.
• Communicate the results of IT audits and other assignments via written reports and oral presentations and provide professional advice and insights in order to enable informed management decisions.
• Follow-up outstanding audit issues and monitor timely completion of agreed remedial actions by management.

What we are looking for:

• University graduate in IT or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of IT audit or other relevant experience (e.g. IT risk/security management or information security tools implementation experience), preferably with regional experience.
• Certificate holder of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) with good understanding in IT controls and risks.
• Demonstrable experience in IT infrastructure, Cybersecurity, application control, system development process and/or business continuity management.
• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing is an advantage.
• Superior knowledge of audit methodologies and audit-related application.

About the Role Responsible for overall Accounts Payable (AP) function supporting Singapore business covering the whole spectrum of accounting, control and processing of all vendor purchase and staff reimbursements incurred by all business units. About the Role This position is accountable for the provision of financial, management & regulatory reporting and analysis of AIAIM in accordance to the applicable accounting and regulatory policies, standards and guidelines. What you will be doing Finance Governance and Control Assist the Associate Director and Head of Finance to perform final review of AIAIM monthly management accounts and financial position as well as MAS returns to be in accordance to the applicable accounting and regulatory policies, standards and guidelines. Also responsible to assist Associate Director and Head of Finance for the preparation of the management report to the CEO, EXCO and Board on a periodically basis. Assist the Associate Director and Head of Finance to monitor and ensure Risk Based Capital (RBC) is in accordance to the MAS requirements. Assist the Associate Director and Head of Finance to monitor outsourced finance functions & ensure it is according to the MAS outsourcing guidelines. Responsible to develop and update Business Process Manuals (BPM) relating to the Finance Department according to ICFR and other internal control requirements (ISAE3402). To assist Associate Director and Head of Finance as the coordinator of ICFR and ensuring BPM for finance related functions are in place accordingly.
