1. Salary range: $3,000 - $3,500
2. Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Perform daily financial transactions including daily receipts journal
• Oversee logistics arrangement and back up of Admin Assistant roles
• Checking on payment submission from salesperson and cash receipt journal entry
• Sales order and CN posting; PO releasing
• Ensure all invoices are supported with appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Perform bank reconciliation, prepayment & accruals schedules, vendor ageing report, etc
• Prepare Debit Note and Process Staff Petty Cash 1
• Ensure proper recording and filling of customers’ and vendors’ invoices
• Compile Sales and Inventory Reports (APNS - weekly basis); Compile Sales Report (CCFI - monthly basis)
• Handle PO processing of internal and external requisition
• Check invoices and delivery orders to ensure payment are correctly made
• Work with warehouse supervisor on stock discrepancy issues / goods receiving or transfer within warehouse

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Accounting
• Ability to read & write Chinese for PRC customer’s order

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Accounts Payable function, including GST reporting & compliance.

• Review creditors’ aging, vendor account reconciliation & payments to creditors.

• Month-end closing, including review & preparation of journals, general ledger reconciliations (including bank reconciliations), monthly fluctuation analysis.

• Ensure smooth operations of Account Payable function, ensuring liabilities are accounted for in a timely manner.

• Ensure GST returns are filed on time & compliance to GST rules & regulations.

• Review of debit note requests.

• Manage internal & external audits to ensure timely completion & issues are appropriately resolved.

• Participate in projects for process improvement/upgrade of ERP system.

• Identify & lead process improvement initiatives.

• Any other duties/projects as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

• 6-8 years of relevant working experience in managing Accounts Payable for mid to large size companies.

• Experience in ERP systems, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics (would be advantageous).

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical & communication skills, including problem solving capabilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline, with a passion for continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of GST.
