Our client is a one-stop solutions provider for all its clients’ engineering needs. They undertake mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects for chemical and petrochemical process companies. Currently, they are looking for an Account Executive to join their team.
Job Details
- Salary range: $2500-$3200 (depends on experience)
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
- Working Location: Jalan Besar (Central)
Job Description
- Assist on all account booking for all group entities which include GL, AR, AP and fixed assets etc.
- Perform month-end and year-end of financial closing
- Monitoring of account receivables for all group entities
- Prepare weekly sales report to ensue all transactions are accounted for Assist with audit queries and reports
- Maintain good documentation, journals, staff claims, and transmittal forms to ensure compliance processes for internal/external audit
- Assist on GST filing
- Provide support on various budget exercise, management reports and ad-hoc projects
- Any other duties as required by the manager/director
Job Requirement
- Candidate with experience in using MYOB will be an added advantage
