Job Scope:

Accounts Receivable

• Generating monthly cash flow statements
• Ensuring timely and accurate updating of sales invoices and customer payments on a daily basis.
• Preparing debtors aging reports
• Creating project-based Profit and Loss statements for specific clients

Accounts Payable

• Reviewing purchase invoices for proper documentation and obtaining approval
• Generating a monthly cost forecast payment report in advance, ensuring adequate funds in bank accounts.
• Processing three-way P.O. matching invoices
• Addressing vendor inquiries and reconciling supplier statements to resolve discrepancies.
• Assisting in month-end closing and quarterly GST filing, as well as monthly CPF preparation for employees.

Requirement:
