As an Account Assistant (5.5 days Office Hour), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Prepare, consolidate and review all the reports
- Review and attend to any issues related to financial transactions, reconciliations, and accounting processes
- Review and provide data accuracy & financial information to management
- Periodic reviews of finance policies, processes and procedures to ensure they are up to date
- Forecast the business performance based on the past trending, review and advise the budget request proposal
- Provide training and guidance to account staff on all accounts related matters
- Any other ad hoc projects/assignments as directed by Management/Directors
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting
