Summary:
Works under general supervision to manage full set of accounts in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting functions including bank reconciliation and invoicing.
- Carry out monthly account closings and reconciliations (AP, AR, general ledger, taxes).
- Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, employee claims and leave.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST F5 return.
- Manage and record stock inventory and fixed assets.
- Generate cash flow reports and management accounts.
- Other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
- On-job-training will be provided, but experience in managing full set of accounts preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Knowledge and experience of using an accounting software preferred
- Meticulous and systematic towards documentation and filing
