My client is an industry leader in producing premium alcohol products. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability, they are looking for a talented Key Account Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Overview: As a Key Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service while driving growth and sales for the company. We're seeking candidates with a strong sales background, ideally in the alcohol or beverage industry, but are open to individuals from diverse industries with the right drive and passion for success.
Salary: Up to $7500/month + commission + travel allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Drive sales growth within assigned accounts through effective negotiation, upselling, and market expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and enhance product offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while consistently exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high client retention rates.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on account performance and sales achievements.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the alcohol, beverage, or FMCG industry (but all backgrounds are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A deep interest or passion for the alcohol industry and its products is highly desirable.
