Due to growth, we’re looking for experience Accounts Assistant to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Process all incoming cheque.
- Update daily bank transactions (AR & AP) into system.
- Fully in charge of petty cash reimbursement.
- In-charge of AP (invoices, expenses claim, payment, etc) and AR (receipts, DN, CN, etc)
- Manage month end closing activities which include reconciliation process.
- To perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by management.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in accounting /finance.
- Minimum 1 – 2 year relevant working experience.
- Proficient in M/S office and accounting software (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Able to multi task, work independently and as a team within tight deadline.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and details oriented.
- Able to commence work in a short period.
