• Able to perform independently under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Able to network and build effective working relationships with people at all level
• Develop and execute individual audit project plan
• Develop and perform detailed audit procedures with properly documented audit working papers
• Draft the audit findings in clear and concise language
• Develop practical and useful audit recommendations for audit issues raised and obtain management comments on the action plan and target implementation date
• Determine adequacy of corrective actions and reasonableness of target implementation date Special projects and ad-hoc duties may be assigned

Contract Duration: 11 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,800 per month

Job Responsibilities:

To support the team’s work in improving governance and risk management practices, you will be responsible for:

· Coordinating across stakeholders to collate and update data on social sector grants

· Calling for returns to track the status of grant operations

· Assessing and reviewing the standard operating procedures of grants to ensure compliance

· Consolidating and drafting reports on grant governance

· Other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accountancy

· Relevant experience in audit, financial compliance, or public policy is an advantage

· Analytical with good problem-solving skills

· Ability to interact, engage and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve a common goal

· Resourceful, meticulous and adaptable to change

· Self-driven and a team player
