We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Mobile Games Designer.
This Game Designer will have prior experience in using Unity game engine and have shipped at least 1 or more hybridcasual mobile game.
He/She must be good in game balancing, able to consider the whole metagame framework and plan the fairness and difficulties with the aim of improving the whole user gameplay experience.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Degree in related Games Design discipline who have worked on and helped to ship at least 1 or more successful mobile game (prefers casual games) in the most recent 2 to 3 years.
- Strong understanding of the market and target audiences for casual mobile gamers.
- Excellent communication – active listening skills, accessible verbal and written presentation
- Able to work independently and under pressure and produce results under sometimes tight schedules
- Self-directed within a team context
- Creative, innovative, positive problem solving perspective
