Asssisting the Sous Chef is smooth running and operations of the kitchen production, catering daily meals to the patients
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing the daily ingredients
- Plating and dishing of meals
- Ensuring that the quality and standard of meals meet the requirements
Job Requirements:
- Experience in bulk cooking/ central kitchen cooking
- Food & Hygiene Certificate
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Able to commit to staggered shifts between 5am to 7pm
- 5 days work-week (42 hours per week), including weekends and public holiday
