- Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of general accounting and financial reporting
- Good understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance.
- Good to have: Hands-on experience with Google workspace, Xero and Payboy (HR System) - Short training could be provided.
- Self-motivated, positive, proactive, highly-organised, and detail-oriented to work with accuracy and minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Description
- Part-time, Flexible hours with partial presence when required for financial review and strategy (the frequency could be discussed further)
- Prepare and assist with the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements monthly
- Reconcile bank and card accounts with our accounting software
- Ensure all administrative compliance with ACRA and IRAS Policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, strategy and opportunities for improvements
- Keeping up with the latest SME news to suggest suitable financing and available grants
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, strategy and financial planning for efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain detailed and organized records to support financial reporting needs and financial planning
- Generate monthly payroll, staff claims, payment to suppliers and contractors
- Assist in staff HR Matters and administrative such as tax filing, encashment of leave, computation of annual leave and bonuses.
This is a part time or contract engagement that can be further adjusted to a full-time position when the position is suitable.
