Job Description
· Preparing and issuing payments to creditors
· Preparing monthly cash flow schedules and budgeting
· Filing and organizing of document in accordance with ISO requirement
· Manage full set accounts
· Ensure timely preparation of monthly. Quarterly and yearly consolidation of financial reports for management and statutory reporting
· Assist with related area such as statutory audit, corporate tax and submit GST
· Involve in annual budgeting. Including detailed review and analysis of the budget submitted
· To supervise junior executives, provide assistance and guidance to them in executing their duties
· PIC Claim
· Ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements
- Degree in accountancy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction company
- prior audit background will be an advantage
- process good communications skills in English & mandarin
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently
