Job Description
- Checking and upload journal interface files to the Holding company.
- Oversee and liaise with tax agents regarding the Company's taxation matters and inquiries, encompassing corporate tax, property tax, and quarterly GST submissions.
- Ensure the timely and accurate updating of bank platforms for GIRO/miscellaneous payments/receipts collection/fixed deposit placements.
- Handle remittances and bank transfers, including foreign currency transactions.
- Collaborate with bankers to address the Company's financial requirements, including banker guarantees, updates to banking signatories, and matters pertaining to treasury and investments.
- Retrieve card memberships receipts from Stripe, and other matters relating to memberships.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.
- Prepare finance schedules and other GL supporting schedules.
- Conduct fair value assessments of quoted and unquoted securities and club memberships.
- Process and submit application forms to banks for online user management, including new user additions or removals, and updating authorized signatories for bank accounts.
- Liaise with financial institutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to support all finance-related activities.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Able to multi-task, and meticulous with an eye for details.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and proactive.
- Willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
Job Details & Benefits:
- Reports directly to Head of Finance
- Working Hours: Monday ~ Friday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (flexi work hours available)
- Work Location: Isetan Head Office (3min walk from Havelock MRT)
