Job Summary:
The Accounting Executive at Keystone Cable plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This role involves managing daily accounting functions and assisting in maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards. The ideal candidate is meticulous and organized, contributing to the company’s financial health by delivering reliable and timely financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Ledger Maintenance
- Record and verify financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
2. Accounts Receivable
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
3. Payroll Transactions
- Support payroll processing requirements to ensure timely and compliant payments to employees.
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Provide support for ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
