Job Summary
The role is responsible for leading design efforts for projects and tenders, providing support to the project team in design development, ideation, project design coordination, and documentation from the initial design phase to tender stage. The position involves liaising and coordinating with internal and external consultants, client teams, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research and site assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Translate design intent into detailed specifications and drawings for implementation.
- Produce working drawings, 3D designs, renders, and perspectives that align with the design vision.
- Ensure the project team's workflow practices adhere to company standards, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Foster strong working relationships with various parties to support ongoing partnerships.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Strong aesthetic and design sensibility
- Expertise in technical detailing
- Advanced skills in contract administration and management
- Proficient in stakeholder management
Who Should Apply
- Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience as an architectural assistant
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and rendering capabilities

- Degree in Architecture or accreditation with the Board of Architects (BOA)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Enscape
