Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Group’s Annual Internal Audit Plan.
- Review audit reports, assess emerging risks, and evaluate internal controls.
- Prepare audit reports, advise management on risks and issues.
- Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legislation.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of internal audit experience, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to travel to China.
- Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
