Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for full set of accounts and record transaction data accurately.
- Prepare payments and staff reimbursements
- Prepare financial reporting, closing statements, creating journal entries and manage AR/AP.
- Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts monthly.
- Assist with financial and tax audits.
- Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization.
- Responsible for IRAS related matters.
- Handle onboarding new employees.
- Managing employee records and HR documentation.
- Assisting with performance appraisals
- Handle HR compliance and legal requirements.
- Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
- Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
- Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
- Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
- Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
- Assisting in office correspondence and general administrative tasks, and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience with experience in full-set accounts
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
- Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
