Job Responsibilities:
Prepare the invoice to the customer
Answer the billing questions from the customer
Cross-check to ensure all transactions are being entered accurately into the system
Maintain and manual update accounting records
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Diploma in accountancy
Bilingual and able to read English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates/customers
Knowledge of Microsoft office, advance in Ms Excel skill/formula is an added advantage
Able to start work immediately
