Our client, a reputable Japanese accounting and tax services firm, looking for a Company Secretary to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft meeting minutes accurately and promptly
- Handle company registration processes and related administrative tasks such as update ACRA, Biz document update , bank related matters
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation
- Provide support to lawyers as needed
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of Company Secretarial experience
- Experience in a Tax services firm/Law firm or similar industries will be added advantage
