Job Opportunity: Temp Administrative Assistant (Claims Support)
Position Details
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $2,300 + prorated bonus

Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming documents via hardcopy and emails.
Upload claim documents to the imaging system.
Create claims notifications in the operating system.
Assist in responding to internal and external emails for claims notifications.
Review annuity medical claims for assessors’ approval.
Oversee severe disability claims review.
Conduct routine searches for claims investigations (via email or calls).
Print, sort, and prepare correspondence with cheques for enveloping.
Provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

• Registration of patient’s visit, issuance of queue ticket, retrieves or create patient records and assist in any administrative work required at front counter
• Billing enquiries and cashiering duties
• Schedule follow-up appointments for patients and advice on the necessary tests / investigations
• Assist in preparing clinic reports
• Liaise with doctors, nurses and internal departments on any clarifications for patient matters
• Assist in counter closing

Job Description

• Min N/O/A levels/ Diploma
• No Experience needed/ Full training and guidance will be provided during work
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
• Able to start work immediately as positions are urgent

Job Scope

• Receive instructions and documents via emails and transfer these information to Sharepoint to be accessed by different internal stakeholders. Mainly using excel.
• Coordinate with many different stakeholders on appointment booking
• Ensure documents for candidates are saved in sharepoint accurately and timely within the next working day
• Prepare statistics/ reports for both internal and external customers (weekly and monthly reports)
• Able to handle some stress as short turnaround required by clinics
• Able to work independently
• Handle feedback and manage resolution of issues with external clients and internal stakeholders
• Assist with preparation of proposals, pricing requests, execution and follow up
• Work cohesively with all internal stakeholders (sales, shared services, call centre, ops etc)
