Role Overview:
As a Finance & Accounting Analyst/Associate, you will oversee core financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient budgeting. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial planning and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
- Prepare financial filings (e.g., GST, MAS, and SFC returns) and handle monthly payroll.
- Coordinate with auditors and external partners for tax submissions and audits.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and operational financial planning.
- Maintain financial compliance and contribute to ad-hoc business projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and cash flow management; Big 4 audit experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, taxation, and financial compliance.
- Advanced skills in Excel, with familiarity in bank reconciliations and financial reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
