Responsibilities:
- Implement effective, consistent sales processes from initial contact through to proposal, presentation, and successful closure for IT & Digital services within a defined market.
- Lead the sales process by achieving established targets, including pipeline development, key stakeholder presentations, pilot projects, and executed service agreements.
- Set sales objectives through accurate forecasting and manage major customer accounts, coordinating account support when necessary.
- Negotiate contractual agreements, including terms, pricing, and duration with clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, understanding and communicating prospective clients' corporate cultures.
- Build strong client relationships, providing post-sale account management to ensure satisfaction, smooth service delivery, and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Technical Solution Pre-sales and Delivery teams to craft tailored quotations and proposals that meet client needs.
- Work closely with Operations and Delivery Teams to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
- Ensure all sales documentation is handled according to company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors to create effective strategic sales plans.
- Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential clients and build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Track and report sales progress through monthly reports, as directed by the Sales Manager.

- Possess strong technical expertise in the IT industry, including its products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Confident and driven sales approach, with the ability to work independently and thrive in competitive markets.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented, consistently aiming to meet and exceed goals.
- Organized and efficient in time management, with a customer-focused mindset and a positive, reassuring attitude.
- Practical, responsive, and resourceful, demonstrating high energy and persistence in completing tasks.
- Strong presentation skills and excellent telephone and face-to-face communication abilities are essential.
