• Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (Depending on experience)

General:

• Expected to be able to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial analysis data within the deadline.
• Expected to maintain the general ledger in accounting activities

Specific:

• Assist in month/year-end closing
• Assist in quarterly consolidation package
• Daily system operation in general ledger
• Balance Sheet account reconciliation
• Assist and liaise with auditor for annual and quarterly audit
• Daily system operation in account payable maintenance

Job Title: Accountant

Working location: Promenade

Main Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for the company.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of management and statutory reports
• Conduct financial and operational performance analysis for each division monthly
• Responsible for quarterly GST reporting and group reporting to holding company
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and ensure corporate compliance
• Perform lease amortization calculations per IFRS 116, estimated credit loss allowance calculations per IFRS 109 and prepare tax computations

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in SAP accounting software
• CPA certification or progress towards CPA is a plus

Account Payable (AP) Assistant

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.:Form IR8A)

Requirements:
