Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure all invoices are accurately record in SAP System with require supporting documents
• Summarise and analyse monthly expenses.
• Product margin analysis
• Handle staff’s queries of the expense claims.
• Ensure staff claims comply with company’s policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other companies/departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist in month end and year end closing process
• To upkeep filing and maintenance of records to facilitate traceability
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP and SAP Concur.
• Knowledge in Transfer pricing and withholding tax is preferred.

Job Description:

a. Corporate Taxation

Support clients on taxation services as follows:

• Analyze Financial Statements & GL to identify strategies to minimize client’s tax costs, ensure tax compliance and accurate tax filing
• Preparation of corporate tax computations for clients from various industries
• Preparation of ECI and Form C/C-S and the filings to IRAS
• Preparation and filings of withholding taxes to IRAS
• Preparation of application of COR for DTA
• Research on various tax matters
• Any other ad hoc works related to corporate tax

b. Individual Taxation services

• Prepare the computation of clients’ individual taxes, preparation of IR8A and IR21 tax clearance
• Responsible for the e-filing of tax return to IRAS
• Preparation of AIS data

c.Supervisory role

• Coach and provide guidance to Senior / Tax Associates and Tax Interns
• Review tax computations and tax related work prepared by Senior / Tax Associates and/or Tax Interns to ensure accuracy and timely submission

d. Handle tax inquiries and audit from IRAS

e. Responsible for the transfer pricing documentations / projects

f. Assist Managers for any other tax related engagements and/or projects as assigned

g. Provide tax advisory services to clients

h. Administrative functions of tax assignments

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Degree, preferably in an accounting/business/tax-related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Singapore Corporate & Individual tax compliance, with coaching / supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge in Singapore Tax system and rules
• ATP / ATA holders are advantageous.
• Those with prior experience in professional service firm is advantageous
