• 3+ years of experience in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales or consulting
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Vietnamese language & knowledge of Vietnam market are essential as the role requires to manage local accounts & communicate business strategy in local language
• Ability to effectively prioritise and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Handling full set of accounts and UFS
• Familiar with consolidation and updated with the latest SFRS accounting standards.
• Assisting with XBRL Filling.
• Prepare and file GST return.
• Prepare unaudited financial statements, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and cash flow statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Keeping track of AR and AP, debtor's listing, tracking and generating invoices, processing staff claims and working closely with HR for company payroll matters.
• Prepare tax computation; file ECI, Corporate Tax, Personal Income Tax
• Maintain and ensure timely and accurate reporting and submission of financial statements that meet statutory and management requirements.
• Able to work independently, multi-task, work under pressure, positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Have a keen eye to details, meticulous.
• Performing additional ad-hoc work as assigned.

Job Description:

-Accounting knowledge

-Updating of Bank statement

-Scanning and sorting invoices or other require documents

-To assist closing team for audit schedule preparation

-GST reporting

-Preparing financial / management statements

Track expenses and process expense reports.

-Handles audit / agent queries

-Bank and clearing accounts reconciliations

-All other areas relating to Accounts

-Ad-hoc tasks as & when required

Job Requirements:

Some practical experience in working with accounts/bookkeeping.

Diploma or its equivalent

1 year of experience in account,fresh graduates with a diploma in accounting (or similar) would be welcome too.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to work in a team, meticulous and responsible.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company
• Preparation cash flow planning
• Review and verify invoices before posting to SAP
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Post transactions to journal, ledgers and other records in SAP
• Reconcile and monitor accounts to ensure data are up to date and within due date
• To liaise with people from the other departments to understand more about the nature of the transaction
• Preparation and work out for month-end closing
• Respond for the interim and year-end audit
• Ensure proper archiving and filing of documents
• Monthly and quarterly reports and analysis preparation
• Preparing and work out budget and forecasting for the business
• Monthly financial report analysis
• Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree holders in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of accounting full function experience
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
