• Position :Accounting Officer (AP/Petty Cash-SAP)
• Location :Somerset Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00+6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3600 + Completion Bonus + Medical reimbursement + 14 days annual leave + Family leave
• Duration : 1 year contract - renewable or convertible

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform Accounts Payable duties
• Processing of payment to suppliers, counterparties, processing/ refunds of deposits from customers
• Staff claims and petty cash claims
• Ad-hoc duties in support of the month-end closing for the group

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy with a minimum of 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SAP Accounting System will be an advantage
• Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

Junior Key Account Analyst - Shipping company

Job Scope:

Manage the Shipment between Asia and our French overseas Office in the French Islands.

Liaise with overseas French colleagues in daily shipment activities.

Support the Key Account Manager and solve day-to-day issues and Key Performance Indicators are being met.

Plan for Consolidation / FCL or Air freight services from Asia to the French Islands.
