Responsibilities:

• To assist on the daily accounts related work area
• To assist in order processing
• Issuing and recording invoices, delivery orders, sales quotes and purchase orders
• Prepare documents for delivery and e-invoicing when required
• Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained
• Assist in liaising with external parties like vendors and customers when required
• Perform administrative duties as assigned
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting / Business related or equivalent
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects
• Bilingual, possess strong verbal and written communications skills (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
• Knowledge of ERP system is an added advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Meticulous and responsible
• A team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Take initiative and positive attitude

Job Responsibilities

· GL Data Entry (including review of accrual, prepayment, interest payment / receipt, tax computation accrual, management fees computation and accrual, and etc

· Prepare AP Payment

· Prepare balance sheet schedule on monthly basis

· Perform sales and receipts & bank reconciliations etc

· Upkeep of fixed asset register

· Inventory management and reconciliation

· Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies

• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages and email correspondence by providing first level of customer and business supports.
• Co-ordinate and oversee daily office operations within the organization.
• Prepare Excel/Word reports and documents.
• Generating receipts, invoices and etc.
• Administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, emailing, filing, maintaining and tracking data and documents.
• Maintain office environment.
