Job Description

• Handle accounts payable/receiver
• Monitor suppliers' invoices and ensure payments are up-to-date
• Prepare month-end closing documents such as General Ledger, journals, schedules and reconciliations (including intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage and resolve issues
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Administer and maintain Fixed Assets Register
• Maintain filling, scanning and documents tracking
• Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Prior experience in the logistics industry is preferred but not essential.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of MYOB.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is preferable.
• Meticulous, mature, responsible, and cheerful personality with a positive attitude.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and have strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with great follow-up skills and the ability to work independently.

Working days & hours: Mon - Fri (8:15am - 5:15pm)
Salary: $3,000 - $3,800

Responsibilities :

• Manage the status of the accounts receivables collection
• Liaise with the shared service team to ensure AR collection information is up-to-date
• Review and assist in the activities of Accounts Receivables including sending of invoices, send statement of accounts etc.
• Provide support on the uploading of sales data to the system
• Issuance of CN and DN
• Preparation, consolidation and submission of weekly cash report
• Preparation of month end reporting and performance reports
• Perform capitalization of Fixed Assets (FA),monthly depreciation run and FA schedule
• Assist to improve the efficiency of the work processes
• Support in ad-hoc project/queries from Head Office and Inter companies
• Support on the final year end audit
• Support in the extraction of information like permit from Tradenet

6. Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
   Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits.
7. Record Keeping:Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
   Organize and file financial documents.
8. Financial Analysis:Assist in month-end closing.
   Monitor and report on accounts payable aging.
9. Process Improvement:Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
   Update accounts payable procedures.
10. Support and Collaboration:Work with the finance team and other departments.
    Assist in special projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Trade Marketing experience, Distributor management experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS office suite.
• Good to have if you possess a valid class 3 driving licence
