Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese (read, write and speak) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in the course of work.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supporting the Account Director in preparing materials for meetings – scripts, Client presentations, creative references, and status reports.

· Working on the production of animatics / digital assets / TVCs, liaising with the Creatives, Planners and TV producers.

· To be responsible for producing Cost Estimates for approval with Client and managing with Finance.

· Managing the team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with the Clients.

· Ensuring that there is a clear communication of what is happening amongst the Agency team.

Skills & Experience:

· Internship Experience in an advertising agency is preferred.

· Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.

· Experience working directly with clients on the phone / email / face to face meetings.

· Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.

· Ability and confidence to form good relationships with both internal and external (3rd party suppliers) departments.

· Be confident to run the day-to-day finance of each project assigned.

· Experience in solely running small projects from start of brief to final delivery – e.g. Key Visuals / Animatic (with line manager overseeing).

· Analytical skills in understanding matter at hand, especially in order to run the smoothness of projects with key functions.

· Experience handling multiple projects at one time and keeping calm under pressure / seeking out solutions.

· Good attention to detail, accuracy and organized, able to multi-task / prioritize actions on a daily basis.

· Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other Office tools. Basic editing, subtitling/relevant program skills a plus.

· Self –motivated, strong desire to learn.

· Passion for building brands and particular interest in digital communication.

· Flexible with working hours – including some occasional late nights.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle accounts for LexBuild Groups of Companies (Account payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
• Data entry and invoice processing including credit control and collections.
• Handle banks reconciliation and other bank-related matters.
• Follow on payment status and prepare statements of accounts to vendors & customers.
• Handle and disbursement of petty cash claims.
• Preparation for quarterly GST submission.
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary) on all related matters.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting.
• Maintain an efficient and systematic filling system.
• Handle inventory costing and perform stock take.
• Any other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

* Handle full sets of accounts

* Timely submission of monthly management reports and quarterly GST reporting

* Liaise with processing team & customers for collection related matters

* Handle master record and data validation

* Work closely with processing team on credit documentation and monitoring process

* Ensure documentations are prepared in accordance to conditions set out within the credit approval and in compliance to regulatory requirements

* Processing for GIRO submission

* Manage day-to-day collection status

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers

* Any other duties as assigned.

• Candidate with preferable within automotive industry will be an added advantage.
