• Key Responsibilities:
• Full preparation of unaudited financial reports.
• Record financial transactions (AR AP), including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, using accounting softwares (QuickBook, PSOFT, XERO etc.)
• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit Quarterly GST submission.
• Ensure that the accounting system and records are ready for conducting external audit to receive audited financial report.

• Qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
